Meghan K. Daley focuses her practice on the defense of professionals, organizations, and fiduciaries in a wide-range of professional liability and employment matters in the insurance, securities, financial services, construction, and legal and medical industries in various legal conflicts, litigation, alternative dispute proceedings, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Daley practiced at a national law firm in Chicago, Illinois, focusing on professional liability and product liability defense, as well as subrogation and employment matters.

Jennifer R. O’Shea represents financial services companies, registered representatives and registered investment advisors in regulatory proceedings, employment disputes, customer arbitrations and actions filed in state and federal courts. Ms. O’Shea also has broad experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, employment matters, restrictive covenants, multi-district litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. O’Shea spent more than a decade at a boutique securities litigation firm in Boston.

Daniel P. Quinlan focuses his practice on the defense of professionals and fiduciaries, including attorneys, broker-dealers, registered representatives, investment advisors, and insurance brokers, in civil litigation and regulatory proceedings. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Quinlan was a general insurance defense trial attorney. He has also assisted clients with transactional matters, estate planning, and probate.

Alexander A. Truitt focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, as well as the defense of professionals, including financial services professionals, broker-dealers, attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, architects and engineers. In the course of his practice, Mr. Truitt has successfully litigated commercial, professional liability, securities, and ERISA cases before state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as before arbitration tribunals, such as FINRA, AAA, and JAMS.
