Biography

Daniel P. Quinlan is a partner with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses on the defense of professionals and fiduciaries, including attorneys, broker-dealers, registered representatives, investment advisors, and insurance brokers, in civil litigation and regulatory proceedings. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Quinlan was a general insurance defense trial attorney. He has also assisted clients with transactional matters, estate planning, and probate.
