Biography

Daniel P. Quinlan is an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP.  His practice focuses on the defense of professionals and fiduciaries, including attorneys, broker-dealers, registered representatives, investment advisors, and insurance brokers, in civil litigation and regulatory proceedings.  Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Quinlan practiced general insurance defense.  He is an experienced trial attorney.  He has also assisted clients with transactional matters, estate planning, and probate.
