Dianna D. McCarthy, based in our New York City office, is our Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Dianna practices in the areas of Cybersecurity and Privacy as well as Employment Law. Dianna’s unique personal experiences, from being named the firm’s first female partner as well as its youngest employee to be promoted to that role, through her leadership roles in the community, make her well suited for this role. Dianna was on the Advisory Board of Women in Cyber Leadership where she now serves as its Vice President. Dianna is active in her community and supports mentoring programs for Women, People of Color and those living with disabilities.
