Biography

Jennifer R. O’Shea is a partner with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. She represents financial services companies, registered representatives and registered investment advisors in regulatory proceedings, employment disputes, customer arbitrations and actions filed in state and federal courts. Ms. O’Shea also has broad experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, employment matters, restrictive covenants, multi-district litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. O’Shea spent more than a decade at a boutique securities litigation firm in Boston.
