Christopher is an experienced litigator with more than thirty (30) years of experience. Christopher has significant experience defending a wide array of professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and architects and engineers. He also has substantial experience litigating employment disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration, including disputes arising out of non-compete agreements. Christopher has a corporate and business insurance practice that includes advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, drafting business agreements, handling insurance regulatory matters and insurance coverage issues and litigation. Christopher primarily focuses his practice in New York and Connecticut, but regularly handles cases across the United States and in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Danita is an experienced litigator who has been practicing law in Connecticut and New York since 2009. Danita has substantial experience defending insurance agents, brokers and myriad other professionals. She also has experience handling a variety of corporate matters, including corporate start-up, state regulatory maintenance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, drafting business and employment agreements and insurance regulatory matters. Danita also has experience with insurance coverage disputes and litigation, including subrogation and declaratory judgment matters.
