Danita is a Senior Associate who practices in the State and Federal courts in Connecticut and New York. Danita has substantial experience defending insurance agents, brokers and myriad other professionals. She also has experience handling a variety of corporate matters in the insurance industry, including corporate start-up, state regulatory maintenance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, drafting business and employment agreements and insurance regulatory matters. Danita also has experience with employment litigation and insurance coverage disputes and litigation, including subrogation and declaratory judgment matters.
