Biography

Harris Katz is a partner with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of professionals, including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, insurance agents and brokers. His practice also includes the defense of financial services professionals and broker-dealers in customer disputes, as well as the defense of directors and officers. In addition, Mr. Katz defends general liability and employment discrimination matters.
