Alexis T. King handles a broad range of civil litigations with a focus in professional liability defense. Her professional liability defense practices includes the representation of lawyers and other professionals in federal and state court. Alexis also represents clients in contractual disputes, broker-dealer litigation and regulatory matters before FINRA Dispute Resolution, and labor and employment matters. Alexis provides thorough, strategic advice to clients ranging from individuals, insurance companies and small organizations to large corporations. Alexis has significant experience litigating matters from their inception through trial, and has obtained favorable results at all stages of the litigation process for her clients. She demonstrates her ability to effectively meet her client’s objectives through negotiations, alternative dispute resolution or trial.
Gabrielle A. Venito handles a broad range of professional liability, general liability, employment practice and construction defect litigation at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Gabrielle’s practice has predominantly focused on representing professionals, including attorneys, architects, engineers, insurance brokers and real estate brokers, in various types of professional liability litigation. Gabrielle has also successfully defended employers and professionals before various administrative agencies in both New York and New Jersey, as well as on the Federal level, including the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). Gabrielle’s ability to effectively communicate with clients and to fully evaluate the legal and factual issues presented in each matter, allow her to develop thorough, realistic and cost-effective litigation strategies for clients.
