Allison J. Beatty is resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where she handles cases throughout Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Allison focuses her practice on employment and professional liability defense and has extensive experience handling securities litigation and regulatory investigations. She expertly advises employers on best practices and how to respond to employee initiated litigation, including discrimination, whistleblower and retaliation claims. Outside of work, Allison and her husband, both Level III sommeliers, enjoy drinking great wine and spending time with their dogs, Penny and Oaky.
