Serena joins WSS as a Partner in the firm’s New York and New Jersey offices, bringing extensive litigation experience derived from both private practice and in-house counsel roles. Most recently, she served as Head of Litigation and In-House Counsel for a national insurance brokerage, where she oversaw litigation and pre-litigation matters in state and federal jurisdictions nationwide. Previously, Serena was a partner at a national law firm, where her practice focused on professional liability and general liability litigation. We are delighted to have Serena join WSS, drawing upon her years of litigation and insurance industry experience.
