Biography
Alexander A. Truitt is a partner with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, as well as the defense of professionals, including financial services professionals, broker-dealers, attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, architects and engineers. In the course of his practice, Mr. Truitt has successfully litigated commercial, professional liability, securities, and ERISA cases before state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as before arbitration tribunals, such as FINRA, AAA, and JAMS.
