Derek Anderson to Speak at FSI’s OneVoice Conference

Colorado partner Derek Anderson will speak on a panel at the FSI OneVoice 2019 conference in New Orleans on January 29th. The session titled, “Making the Shift from the Department of Labor’s Fiduciary Rule to SEC Regulation Best Interest” is designed to provide an overview of the SEC’s Proposed Regulation Best Interest and the differences between Regulation BI and the Fiduciary Rule. We will discuss the practical implications of shifting from the Fiduciary Rule to Regulation BI and get the collective wisdom of the panel and the room.
