Biography

Samantha M. Swanson is a partner with Winget, Spadafora& Schwartzberg, LLP. She represents employers of all sizes on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including  providing counseling and advice to pre-litigation negotiations, through all stages of litigation. Her diverse practice includes litigating claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions and class actions. A highly sought after advocate, Samantha is known for her aggressive, no-nonsense approach to protecting each of her clients’ interests. Throughout her career, Samantha has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants, which has given her the ability to thoroughly analyze the cases.

Additionally, Samantha has experience conducting in-person training seminars on a variety of employment law topics. She has presented and trained professional groups in specialized areas of employment law.
