Biography

Matthias Speziani is an associate attorney in Winget, Spadafora, and Schwartzberg, LLP’s Miami office. The focus of Matthias’ practice is the defense of broker-dealers, registered representatives, registered investment advisors and investment advisor representatives in securities litigation and regulatory matters. Matthias also represents the firm’s clients in commercial litigation and D&O litigation matters, as well as representing insurance agents in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Matthias was in-house counsel at a global entertainment company.

Matthias is conversational in Spanish. Matthias is admitted to practice law in Florida and California.
