Matthew Tracy is a partner of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of financial services professionals, accountants, attorneys, and design professionals, as well as in the defense of fiduciaries, directors and officers. He has extensive experience defending broker-dealers and registered representatives before state and federal courts, as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Tracy also has extensive experience in litigating trademark and copyright cases, including Peter F. Gaito Architecture, LLC v. Simone Dev. Corp., 602 F.3d 57 (2d Cir. 2010). Mr. Tracy has also successfully defended architects and engineers in federal and state courts.
