Biography

Karla is an associate attorney at Winget, Spadafora and Schwartzberg, LLP’s Miami office. Prior to joining the firm, Karla represented clients in professional liability, premises liability and general liability matters. Karla brings her prior litigation experience to the firm and currently focuses her practice on professional liability litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, commercial and business litigation, and directors and officer’s litigation.

Karla graduate from St. Thomas School of Law cum laude. Karla received certificates in both Intellectual Property and Business Law, and was the Online Editor of the Journal of Complex Litigation. Karla is also fluent in Spanish.
