Jeremy is a partner of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on securities litigation, securities regulation, commercial litigation and professional liability litigation. Jeremy has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts, including class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, and unfair competition claims. Jeremy has extensive trial and arbitration experience before FINRA Dispute Resolution, AAA, JAMS, state courts and federal courts across the United States. Jeremy defends registered representatives and broker-dealers before federal and state regulators. He has also headed up corporate investigations into various employment issues from alleged discrimination to whistleblower actions.
Prior to joining Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP, Jeremy litigated complex business disputes and employment class actions in the Los Angeles office of an Am Law 100 law firm. Jeremy then served as in-house counsel for Cetera Financial Group.
