Biography
Gabriel (Gabe) Z. Reynoso is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Winget Spadafora & Schwartzberg LLP. He is a trial attorney with over two decades of experience in commercial and complex litigation, including class actions and arbitrations. He has represented institutional and individual clients in connection with single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, arbitrations, and class actions involving a broad spectrum of California state and federal law claims, including labor and employment claims, wage and hour class actions, UCL/FAL claims, securities, intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation, as well as professional negligence actions, pending throughout Southern and Northern California. He has also participated in mediations and other forms of dispute resolution and has consistently negotiated favorable settlements for his clients.
Additionally, Gabe has represented and counseled clients in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions brought by the SEC, DOJ, FBI, IRS, CFTC, OCC, and various state regulators, including coordinating internal investigations at both public and private companies regarding alleged violations of state and federal laws. Gabe has also advised clients on employment matters and personnel issues, conducted workplace investigations, and represented clients in connection with audits conducted by the DFEH, EEOC, DLSE, and DOL.
In addition to his trial and arbitration experience, Gabe has prepared, argued, and won dispositive motions in both state and federal court, in addition to appeals in state court. He is also well versed in all aspects of pre-trial and electronic discovery, including the most current e-discovery technology and services.
Gabe received his J.D. from Columbia School of Law in 2004. Prior to that, he attended UC Berkeley, where he earned his B.A. He is admitted to practice law in California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
