Biography
Felipe Curiel is an Associate Attorney in Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP’s Los Angeles office. Originally from Ontario, California, Mr. Curiel brings his experience in counseling small and large business entities and individuals in connection with complex business and employment litigation matters in Southern California.
Representative litigation matters include single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, arbitrations, and class actions involving a broad spectrum of California state and federal law claims, such as employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, labor-code violations (e.g., wage and hour laws), PAGA violations, trade-secret misappropriation, ERISA violations, UCL violations, negligent misrepresentation and fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence.
