Biography

Emily Franco is an Associate in the Miami, Florida office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg. She focuses her practice on securities litigation and arbitration, securities regulation and compliance, professional liability litigation, directors and officers’ litigation, and commercial and business litigation.

Through her current practice, clerkships and law school studies, Emily has developed strong skills in legal research, drafting, and client service. She is committed to providing clients with practical, thoughtful, and responsive counsel.
