Austin Fainsod is an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on professional liability litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, employment litigation, and contract advisory services. Prior to joining the firm, Austin gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk at the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Department.
