Biography

Anthony S. Pellegrino is an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of professionals and entities against a wide variety of claims, including, but not limited to discrimination and other employment disputes. He also defends professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, financial services professionals, broker-dealers, attorneys, architects, and engineers against malpractice claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an associate at a mid-sized civil litigation firm, where his practice focused on defending private and public entities against personal injury and construction defect claims. Anthony was also a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Robert C. Wilson, J.S.C., of the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Bergen Vicinage.
