Biography

Anthony D. Green is a partner with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, financial services professionals, broker-dealers, attorneys, architects and engineers. He has successfully litigated complex commercial, securities, commodities, shareholder derivative, and director and officer liability cases in federal and state courts throughout the nation.
