Biography

Andrew J. Obegfell is an Associate in the New York and New Jersey offices.  Andrew joined Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP in April 2023.  Andrew has extensive litigation experience in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, including in the areas of professional liability litigation, product liability litigation, labor and employment litigation, and commercial litigation.

Andrew graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review and the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.  Prior to joining Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP, Andrew worked for a boutique litigation firm in New York City focusing on complex class action and mass tort litigation.  Andrew also worked for a national defense firm where he focused his practice on general liability, professional malpractice and construction defect cases.
