Biography

Alexandra “Aly” Isenberg is an Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP, where her practice focuses primarily on professional liability defense. Aly has experience litigating catastrophic injury, general negligence and premises liability matters, as well as commercial and contractual disputes. She has represented individual business owners, Fortune 500 companies and high profile corporate clients in various industries, including retail, hospitality, software services, telecommunications, and national trucking and transportation. She also has drafted a variety of business agreements for clients.

Drawing on both litigation and advisory experience, Aly works closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide practical, results-oriented counseling that is tailored to their needs. Aly manages cases through all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation analysis and strategy through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. She has taken and defended numerous depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, corporate representatives and experts.
