Biography

Jenny Kim is an associate attorney with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, financial services professionals, broker-dealers, attorneys, architects and engineers, as well as the defense of organizations, directors and officers in commercial, business and employment disputes. Ms. Kim also has experience handling matters involving commercial real estate transactions and residential foreclosure proceedings. Jenny is also fluent in Korean.
