Biography

John Y. Lee is an Associate with the New York office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on the areas of securities litigation and regulation, and professional liability. Prior to joining Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg LLP, John practiced general and complex commercial litigation in a commercial litigation law firm, where he represented companies, directors, and executives in business disputes including breach of contract and board of director issues.
