The FDCC is a professional trade association of vetted and premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives dedicated to leading the profession by advancing the principles of integrity, professionalism, and fair civil justice.
Since 1936, the FDCC has continued building on its strong foundation of leadership and service to the legal profession and to the related industries served by its members.
Ken is based in our Wall Street area office in downtown Manhattan. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and represents clients primarily in the area of professional liability defense. He often represents lawyers and architects & engineers. Ken also handles construction defect and construction accident cases involving property damage and personal injury, including those arising out of New York’s Labor Law.
He currently serves on the Construction Law and Professional Liability subcommittees of the FDCC.
