Biography

Uyen Dang specializes in the areas of securities and business litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of clients in the financial services industry including broker-dealers, investment advisors, and their registered representatives, and the defense of other professionals including attorneys, accountants, and corporate directors and officers. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dang worked for the Aurora City Attorney’s Office and the Small Business Administration. She has tried over forty cases, including jury and bench trials.
