Biography
Quoc-Bao “Jack” Ma is an associate with the Houston office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Prior to his legal endeavors, he worked as an analyst for Champion Energy Services-Calpine, a Fortune 500 company. While in law school, he interned under Judge Oscar Rodriguez-Fonts in Miami, Florida, Judge Ann B. Harris in Marietta, Georgia, Judge Toria Finch in Houston, Texas, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, Texas. Jack achieved his goal of giving back to the community by representing indigent clients as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic, Consumer Clinic, Civil Clinic, and Juvenile & Children’s Advocacy Project. In addition to his studies, he actively led multiple organizations as President and Secretary and volunteered at community service events across Houston, Texas.
Jack’s previous experience includes representing clients, as both plaintiff and defendants, in class actions, mass torts, complex litigation, personal injury, consumer transactions, immigration, and juvenile defense.
