Biography

Nida Imtiaz is an Associate Attorney in Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP’s Miami office.  Nida’s practice focuses on defending clients in securities litigation, securities regulation, directors & officer, professional liability and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Nida was an Assistant Capital Collateral Regional Counsel for the Northern region of Florida, where she was involved in directly handling capital postconviction cases. Nida has experience litigating in various circuits and jurisdictions at the circuit court level across Florida, as well as handling appeals before the Florida Supreme Court. Nida brings her prior complex litigation and appellate experience to Winget Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP.
