Melissa Agnetti is an associate with the Los Angeles office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP, where her practice focuses primarily on labor and employment matters, as well as professional liability litigation. She has extensive experience practicing general civil litigation matters before state and federal courts throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa worked as an associate attorney specializing in personal injury, premises liability, and complex, mass tort litigation involving products liability and medical device litigation.
