Biography

Meghan K. Daley is an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice focuses on the defense of professionals, organizations, and fiduciaries in a wide-range of professional liability and employment matters in the insurance, securities, financial services, construction, and legal and medical industries in various legal conflicts, litigation, alternative dispute proceedings, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Daley practiced at a national law firm in Chicago, Illinois, focusing on professional liability and product liability defense, as well as subrogation and employment matters.
