Biography

Martin Schexnayder is the managing partner of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP’s Houston office. Mr. Schexnayder is an AV-Rated® attorney with more than 25 years’ litigation experience. Mr. Schexnayder has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. He has extensive experience in professional liability matters (defending attorneys, insurance agents/brokers, real estate agents and others), as well as representing securities brokers in FINRA arbitrations. He also has experience representing insurance companies in bad faith and coverage matters and defending businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters. He has also defended attorneys in State Bar grievance proceedings.
