Biography

Dominique is an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on securities and professional liability litigation, and insurance coverage. Prior to joining the firm, Dominique worked as a settlement specialist where she communicated with traders and internal teams to resolve settlement inquires and trade discrepancies for two and a half years. In July 2021, she joined Wedbush Securities as an attorney in the legal department handling litigation and regulatory matters  for the broker-dealer before FINRA and the SEC. Thereafter, she joined Wedbush’s Regulatory Operations Department as  Senior Analyst.  In that capacity, she addressed the firm’s regulatory risk, revised the firm’s policies and procedures to comply with industry guidelines, and addressed regulatory compliance issues for the broker-dealer. Dominique also participated in the Investment Banking Institute’s program focused on financial modeling.
