Biography

Kailey L. Romanos is an associate with the Stamford, CT office of Winget, Spadafora, and Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice focuses on a wide range of professional liability litigation and securities matters.

Kailey earned her J.D., cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was apart of the Honor Board and vice president of the Tax and Business Law Society. While in law school, Ms. Romanos was a volunteer income tax preparer for low-income Massachusetts residents. After law school, Ms. Romanos worked as a State and Local Tax Associate for Andersen Tax in Boston.
