Biography

Jessica C. Laske is an associate with the Philadelphia office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP.  Her practice shall focus primarily on disputes in the securities industry and commercial litigation matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Laske clerked for the Honorable Michael W. Arrington, Judge for the Family Court of the State of Delaware.  Ms. Laske earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dorothy Day Award for pro bono service and served as a managing editor on the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.  In law school Ms. Laske was a student attorney at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law Federal Tax Clinic and worked as a legal intern for the Honorable C. Darnell Jones II, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
