Biography

Ilayda Atar is an Associate Attorney at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP’s Miami office. Prior to joining the firm, Ilayda worked in Insurance Defense. She brings her extensive litigation experience to the team and focuses primarily on securities litigation and arbitration, securities regulation and compliance, professional liability litigation, directors and officers litigation, and commercial and business litigation. In addition to her legal expertise, Ilayda is fluent in Turkish and conversational in German, allowing her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
