Biography

Fahim Gulamali is an Associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Fahim was an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.  Fahim brings his extensive trial experience from the State Attorney’s Office to Winget Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP’s Florida office. Fahm’s practice focuses on defending clients in litigation and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on securities litigation and arbitration, securities regulation and compliance, professional liability, and directors and officer’s litigation.
