Biography

Evgenia Rossi is an associate attorney with the New York City office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP, where her practice focuses primarily on securities regulation and compliance matters. Prior to joining Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP, Evgenia was an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. At the Law Department, Evgenia represented the City of New York and its agencies in a wide range of tort suits including premises liability, negligent supervision, motor vehicle accidents, negligent construction and design, and trip and falls.
