Tamar Yeghiayan is an associate with the Los Angeles office of Winget, Spadafora, & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, Securities litigation and arbitration, and Professional liability litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Yeghiayan worked as an associate for a boutique litigation firm in Century City, where her practice focused on commercial and business litigation, employment law, along with compliance and corporate governance under state and federal law.
Ms. Yeghiayan graduated in 2009 from University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a B.A. with a dual major in philosophy and history. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2013, where her role in the Project for the Innocent helped spearhead the exoneration of a man who was wrongfully incarcerated for 34 years.
Ms. Yeghiayan is admitted to practice law in the State of California. She is also a MOSTe mentor, where she motivates and empowers girls from underserved neighborhoods of Los Angeles County to attend and succeed in college. She is fluent in Armenian and possesses conversational proficiency in Spanish.
