Elizabeth M. Treckler is an associate with the Los Angeles office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, labor and employment, professional liability litigation, and the representation of directors and officers.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Treckler worked as an associate for a boutique litigation firm in downtown Los Angeles, where her practice focused on commercial and business litigation, employment law, and white collar criminal defense.
Ms. Treckler graduated in 2008 from the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign, where she earned a B.S. with a dual major in psychology and philosophy. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2011, where she served as Research Editor for the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Douglas NeJaime. Ms. Treckler also studied at Link Campus - L'Università ta' Malta in Rome, Italy.
Ms. Treckler is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is also a member of the ABA Young Lawyers Division's Litigation Committee and Air and Space Law Committee.
