Ms. Robin's practice focuses primarily on the representation of securities broker-dealers, registered representatives and other professionals in customer and industry arbitration disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA"), as well as representing securities professionals, companies and their officers and directors in state and federal courts. Ms. Robin also has extensive experience handling regulatory inquiries, investigations and proceedings initiated by FINRA, the NYSE, the SEC and state regulators. In addition, Ms. Robin serves as a certified mediator and/or arbitrator for various tribunals, including: FINRA Dispute Resolution (arbitrator); United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (mediator); New York County Commercial Division Panel (mediator); Westchester County Commercial Division Panel (mediator); Westchester Human Rights Commission (mediator); 9th Judicial District Part 137 Panel (arbitrator); NYCLA Part 137 Panel (arbitrator and mediator); Cluster Mediation Center of Westchester/Westchester Co. City Courts (mediator).

Ms. Robin is a 1990 graduate of S.U.N.Y. Binghamton (n/k/a Binghamton University), where she earned her B.A. in Law and Society and was cited for "Outstanding Academic Performance." She obtained her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 1993.

Ms. Robin is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Securities Litigation and Arbitration Committee); New York City Bar Association; New York Women's Bar Association, (former Co-Chair, Litigation Committee); Westchester Women's Bar Association (Co-Chair, Corporate and Commercial Committee); and Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association - Compliance & Legal Society. Ms. Robin also lectures on issues relating to customer arbitrations as well as mediation as a litigation tool.
