Marc Ehrlich is a partner in Winget Spadafora and Schwartzberg, LLP's California office. Mr. Ehrlich has over a decade of experience in commercial litigation, writs and appeals, and litigation involving public entities. He has represented both institutional and individual clients in business disputes, land use, and regulatory matters. He also has experience in new media, copyright and licensing matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ehrlich worked at both national and regional law firms specializing in both commercial litigation and civil appeals. He has represented both individual and institutional clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in administrative proceedings. Mr. Ehrlich has obtained multiple, favorable published appellate decisions for his clients. His practice currently includes a wide variety of securities litigation, employment litigation and professional liability matters, including accounting and legal malpractice claims, in addition to claims involving insurance products and insurance professionals. He has also represented new media companies and entertainment industry trade associations in copyright, licensing and royalties disputes as well as right of publicity disputes.

Mr. Ehrlich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with concentrations in English Literature and Political Science, from Pomona College, a Master of Arts in Political Science degree from Johns Hopkins University, and earned a J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law (1998). He is admitted to practice in all California courts, the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
