Brian Casillas is an associate with the Los Angeles office of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. His practice primarily focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, labor and employment, professional liability litigation, and the representation of directors and officers.
Mr. Casillas graduated in 2010 from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a B.A. in English Literature. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2014. During law school, Mr. Casillas served as the Chief Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review, competed in the Uvlado Herrera Hispanic National Moot Court Competition, and analyzed Constitutional Law issues as a Research Assistant for Professor Allan Ides. Mr. Casillas also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan of the United States Bankruptcy Court and conducted preliminary hearings as a certified law clerk in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
Mr. Casillas is a member of the LA County Bar Association and the Mexican-American Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Casillas is admitted to practice law in California.
