Allison J. Beatty is an associate with Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on disputes in the securities and insurance industries; however, she has also handled matters involving mortgage, real estate, and other professionals. She has experience representing clients in an array of litigation matters that include public customer complaints in state court, federal court and arbitration, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants against professionals in the securities and mortgage industries. Allison has also handled cases involving trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims on behalf of employers in a variety of industries. In addition to the foregoing, Allison also has experience defending cemeteries in regard to professional and general liability matters, as well as handling matters involving cyber liability, cyber security and data breaches.
Ms. Beatty graduated summa cum laude from Roger Williams University. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School.
During law school, Allison served on the Interscholastic Moot Court Competition Team, as an extern to the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as a law clerk for the Community Legal Aid Society Disabilities Law Program, and as an intern for the Honorable Robert Matthews of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, Family Court.
She is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
